New Pallet Services
Our new pallet division produces durable, precision-built pallets to fit a wide range of applications. Common pallet sizes include 48”x40” GMA, 44”x44”, and 48”x42”, but our advanced Viking Turbo 505 machines are capable of producing pallets up to 72” long by 50” wide. For unique or nonstandard requirements, we also create custom or odd-sized pallets using hand-built jigs for complete flexibility. Whether you need a single specialty order or high-volume production, our experienced team ensures consistent quality from start to finish.
Used Pallet Services
Our used pallet program offers an affordable, sustainable solution for businesses seeking quality and reliability without the cost of new materials. We regularly stock 48”x40” GMA pallets, available in both Grade 1 and Grade 2, and often carry a selection of other sizes depending on current inventory. Each used pallet is thoroughly inspected, repaired, and graded to meet performance and safety standards—helping you save money while supporting environmentally responsible reuse.
Heat Treat and Dry Services
We provide professional heat treatment and drying services that meet ISPM15 (International Phytosanitary Standard for Wood Packaging) regulations, ensuring compliance for international shipping. Our facility is inspected and certified by American Wood Inspection Services, maintaining the highest level of quality and safety.
We operate two industrial kilns on-site to meet production demands efficiently:
• One kiln with a capacity of up to 800 GMA pallets
• One kiln with a capacity of up to 300 GMA pallets
Together, these kilns allow us to handle large-scale or time-sensitive orders with ease. Our systems are capable of reducing pallet surface moisture to below 20%, effectively preventing mold growth and extending pallet life.
In addition, we can create custom drying processes tailored to each customer’s specific needs, ensuring every load receives the precise treatment necessary for its intended use—whether for export, sensitive product handling, or specialized storage environments.
