About Us
Fort Madison Pallet Company proudly operates a 30,000-square-foot, family-owned and operated facility in the heart of Lee County, Iowa.
Established in 2004 by Fletcher and Pamela Fett, along with their longtime friend and business partner, our company was founded on the belief that hard work, honesty, and personal relationships are the foundation of lasting success.
From the very beginning, we’ve treated every customer like part of our extended family. Whether you’re a small business ordering a few pallets or a national supplier with large-scale shipping needs, we strive to provide the same level of dedication, communication, and reliability that has earned us the trust of our community for over two decades.
While other companies may offer similar products, our customers know the difference — we deliver friendly, dependable service from the first quote to the final delivery, and we stand behind everything we build. Our commitment doesn’t stop once your pallets leave our yard; it continues through the relationships we maintain and the support we provide long after the sale.
At our Fort Madison facility, we operate three state-of-the-art Viking Turbo 505 automatic pallet assembly machines, allowing us to produce consistent, high-quality pallets efficiently and accurately. This investment in advanced equipment ensures that every pallet meets exact specifications while keeping turnaround times fast and dependable.
Beyond production, we take pride in running a safe, sustainable operation that values our employees and supports our local economy. As a family business, we understand that our success is tied directly to the success of our customers — and that’s why we’re here: to deliver quality, service, and reliability you can count on.
